Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. All eyewear purchased from VisionLink Optics comes with our standard manufacturer's warranty.

1. Frame Warranty

Most frames include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects such as hinge failures or plating issues. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage due to misuse.

2. Lens Coating Warranty

Premium lens coatings (Anti-glare, Blue Cut) typically come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty against coating peeling or cracking under normal use.

3. What is NOT covered

  • Accidental damage (sitting on glasses, dropping them).
  • Scratches caused by improper cleaning or storage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Loss or theft.
