At VisionLink Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If you encounter any issues, our return policy is designed to help.
1. Frames
Non-prescription frames can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
2. Prescription Lenses
Custom-made prescription lenses are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or prescription error on our part, we will replace the lenses free of charge within 30 days.
3. Eye Testing
Fees for computerized eye testing services are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our store with your original receipt. Our staff will assist you in assessing the item and processing the request.
